About ratings
You can get ratings for all your contracts(both Hourly and fixed-price) through the 4FMV sites.
Your ratings are averaged to make your overall rating, which can seen by all users of the websites.
As a Premier Member, you can also gain retrospective ratings for previous contracts «more»
Star system
All of our ratings using a simple star system:
Excellent
Good
Average
Below Average
Poor
You can also make brief comments.
Please note that comments should be factual and contain appropriate language. All comments will be monitored before being published to the site.
Leaving ratings – Hourly Contracts
As a Seller you can give your Buyer a rating after they have left you one. Your Buyers are only able to leave you a rating after they have paid the invoice for your contract.
Ratings are triggered on a per-invoice basis to ensure that Sellers on long contracts don’t end up with fewer opportunities to receive ratings. For contracts lasting longer than one month, both Buyer and Seller are able to leave 4FMV ratings for each month – or invoice period – of the contract.
Leaving ratings – Fixed-Price Contracts
As a Seller you can give your Buyer a rating after they have left you one. Your Buyers can only submit a rating after the contract has been completed.
Your ratings
Your 4FMV homepage displays your overall 4FMV rating and you can check all your ratings in detail on your My Ratings page.
On this page you’ll see when you’ve received a rating from a Buyer and you can then leave your own rating for them.
Retrospective ratings
As a Premier Member you can enhance your profile by getting feedback from previous employers.
From your My Ratings page, click on Retrospective Ratings to send an e-mail to your previous employer(s) asking them to rate your performance. As soon as we hear back from them we’ll update your rating.
Of course, we’ll need to check that these ratings are accurate, so our customer support team will contact any employer who provides a Retrospective Rating.
Your word is final
Consider carefully before you leave a rating, as it cannot be edited once left. If you change your mind about a rating or a comment you have left; or if you want to object to a rating or comment you have received, please contact us: sellers@4fmv.ca
