Verifying your right to work in Canada
Before you can start a contract with 4FMV Inc. – through any of our sites, including «4fmv.ca» and other affiliate sites, we need to see documentation that proves you have the right to work in Canada. All Sellers on 4FMV are self employed and are working as either Sole Proprietors or Corporations (incorporated). The documentation required for these 2 types of companies is different.
4FMV Inc is legally required to check this documentation.
Please supply the information and the documents (as detailed below) to us, either:
Upload pdf or jpeg documents from My Homepage; or
E-mail a pdf or jpeg file to us at sellers@4fmv.ca

Before you can begin a contract, we will need to see proof of your right to work, as outlined in the following table:

Social Insurance Number - enter number into the appropriate field
Date of Birth - enter information into the appropriate field
GST/HST registration number - enter number into the appropriate field and supply a copy of a government document which shows this number (e.g. letter confirming registration, or GST/HST return form) – required if you earn more than $30,000 per year as a Sole Proprietor.
QST registration number - enter number into the appropriate field and supply a copy of a government document which shows this number (e.g. letter confirming registration, or QST return form) – required if you earn more than $30,000 per year as a Sole Proprietor in Quebec.
